Ivermectin Dosing:

  • Low Dose (≤0.5 mg/kg)

  • Uses: Cancers in remission, strong family history, genetic predisposition, prophylaxis

  • Side effects: No long-term side effects

  • Case: Dr. Tess Lawrie – Stage 3 ovarian cancer, chemo + 12 mg IVM/day → CA125 dropped from 288 to 22 after 2 months, tumor vanished

  • Medium Dose (1.0 mg/kg)

    • Uses: Starting dose for most cancers

    • Side effects: No long-term side effects

    • Case: Dr. Shankara Chetty – 70 yo prostate cancer, PSA 89 → 45 mg IVM/day + lactoferrin → PSA dropped to 10.9 in 2 months

  • High Dose (2.0 mg/kg)

  • Low Dose (100 mg, 2–3× per week)

    • Uses: Cancers in remission, strong family history, genetic predisposition, prophylaxis

    • Monitoring: Check liver function periodically

    • Notes: Often used as a maintenance or preventive protocol

  • Medium Dose (100 mg/day)

    • Uses: Starting dose for most cancers, early-stage disease

    • Monitoring: Check liver function regularly

    • Support: Best taken with fatty meal for improved absorption

  • High Dose (200–300 mg/day)

    • Uses: Aggressive cancers, Stage 3–4 disease, rapid progression

    • Monitoring: Liver and kidney function monitoring recommended

  • Very High Dose (400–500 mg/day, sometimes split BID)
